PLEASE NOTE: ALL ATHLETES GRADE K-8 must complete the emergency medical form (EMF) which is embedded in the registration.  You must complete the embedded form (about half way through registration) and press the GREEN SUBMIT BUTTON within the registration form.  After you press the green submit button, you can then proceed with the remainder of registration and payment.  This is a common mistake on the registration and it's long enough once - we don't want you to have to fill out the EMF (again), so don't miss this important step!!
